So, here is the challenge: Do yoga everyday for 30 days straight!

The rule: The minimum practice is 15 minutes per day and the maximum is an hour. I recommend that if you do an hour practice that you follow the exact sequence (do not skip poses) on the Yoga for Fighters DVD

Your 30 day challenge e-course will include:
